Return Required Forms by September 1

• Enrollment Form

• Copy of the Student's Immunization Records

• Copy of the Student's Birth Certificate

• Copy of the Student's Current NWEA MAP Report from the Beginning of the 2026/2027 School Year

• Copy of the Student's STAAR Testing Scores from the 2025/2026 School Year

Submit the first month tuition of $200 by September 1, and each month thereafter, by the first day of the month through May (9 months.)
